As a Sr. Associate, Trade Marketing supporting the Trade & Channel Team and working closely with Sales and Brand & Digital, you will be trusted to activate and implement local go-to-market strategies to drive sell-out initiatives in optical stores. Based in Milan, you will have a hands-on role in executing trade activities, creating effective tools for the field force, and tailoring solutions that bring the brand strategy to life across multiple channels.

In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Collaborating with Channel Management, Field Force, Brand and Digital teams to solve executional challenges and ensure commercial strategies are translated into practical, in-store activities.
  • Designing and deploying sell-out initiatives in optical retail, developing POS materials, reviewing visual aids and ensuring compliance via Veeva and Icertis.
  • Building strong alignment with Practice Solutions Managers and the sales force, helping develop tailored programs for key accounts and monitoring ROI with tools such as Salesforce, ISC, and Pitcher.
  • Performing analytical reviews and cost mapping to assess campaign impact, optimize investments, and report results with clarity and precision.
  • Acting as a central point of contact for external agencies and cross-functional partners including regulatory, legal, and logistics teams.
