Family Group: Administration

This role plays an important part to

  • Facilitate healthcare workforce planning and optimisation process for the different healthcare professions; and
  • Working with multiple stakeholders to review Group HR policies to ensure industry competitiveness and effectively roll out group-level policies across institutions.

Facilitate healthcare workforce planning and optimisation initiatives

  • Analyze employment data and trends
  • Facilitating the review of manpower demand and supply projections for the respective family groups
  • Facilitating engagements with Senior Management, Government agencies and healthcare professions on manpower productivity and optimization initiatives

Group HR Policy

  • Review HR policies to ensure industry competitiveness
  • Provide guidance to Site HR teams’ queries to ensure adherence to Group HR policies
  • Collaborate with Policy representatives from various institutions harmonize practices

Requirements

  • Proactive mindset with focus on continuous improvement and innovation in HR practice
  • Strong communication and faciliation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders atr all levels
  • Strong writing skills to articulate policies and procedures clearly and effectively
  • Bachelor Degree in any field, preferably Human Resource, Business and related field
