✓ Lead QA/HSE strategy and execution across design and operations
✓ Ensure full compliance with OSHA, FAA, TSA, ANSI, ISO standards
✓ Oversee audits, incident investigations, safety systems & controls
✓ Engage cross-functional teams to improve safety and quality
