EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum AS Degree in Automation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant course of study or 10+ years Industrial Maintenance experience with Automation background required.
• Must have a valid Electrical License.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Should have experience in the use of multi-meters, oscilloscopes, PCs, and other equipment as necessary to troubleshoot and repair industrial automation.
• Must have a minimum of 4 years of proven leadership experience in a Maintenance setting.
• Industrial automation experience required.
• Must have a minimum of 4 years of apprenticeship under an experienced M E.
• Must have 4 years of proven PLC experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and be able to climb and work up to 100 feet.
• The employee is regularly required to talk or hear, stand, walk, and use hands to feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is occasionally required to sit, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Eye protection required.
• Respirator use required in some areas.
• Hearing protection required.
