Description

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and define testing scenarios. Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify software defects. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback on test automation scripts. Enhance and optimize testing processes using industry best practices. Guide and mentor junior automation testers in testing methodologies and tools. Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and tools. Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline. Provide reports and metrics on test results and defect trends to stakeholders. Participate in requirement review meetings to ensure clarity and testability. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in automation testing. Proficiency in automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.). Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo). Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with performance testing and security testing. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of Test Automation best practices and design patterns.
