SENIOR SALES CONSULTANT – AUTOMOTIVE SALES

Full-Time | Tuesday–Saturday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with some longer days as needed)
We’re looking for a proven sales professional with a track record of success in the automotive industry to join our award-winning team at Pacific Nations Auto Sales & Finance. This is not an entry-level role — it’s a high-level opportunity for a seasoned closer who knows how to create their own opportunities and turn them into consistent, high-volume sales.
This role offers a much higher commission rate than our junior positions, reflecting both the experience required and the results we expect.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect aggressively to generate 10–15 vehicle sales per month — not relying on walk-in traffic or dealership-generated leads.
  • Utilize social media and any other prospecting mediums you choose to create a steady pipeline of qualified buyers.
  • Manage the entire sales process from first contact to delivery, ensuring an exceptional client experience.
  • Work with clients across Vancouver Island — from Victoria to Port Hardy, and occasionally the mainland.
  • Conduct trade-in appraisals, vehicle presentations, test drives, negotiations, and closings.
