Job: Business Analysis - SR-BA - Cloud migration (AWS) India – Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad/Gurgaon/Chennai/Mumbai Experience: 8+ Years Job Description: Role Overview Role Description Job Description: Business Analyst - Risk & Regulatory Workstream Responsibilities Gather and document business requirements, especially data requirements Lead data migration, integration, and archiving activities Support system decommissioning in line with governance standards Conduct data analysis to identify gaps and dependencies Collaborate with stakeholders to align business processes Facilitate workshops and discussions to refine requirements Ensure requirement traceability and support testing/validation Work closely with Agile teams to deliver iterative solutions Required Experience Strong background in data analysis, migration, and integration Experience with system decommissioning and data archiving Proven track record in risk, regulatory, or compliance workstreams Strong Agile experience (Scrum, Kanban, user stories, backlog management) Familiarity with governance and regulatory standards Proficiency with documentation/collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Office) Preferred Exposure to financial crime, fraud, or compliance domain WHY JOIN CAPCO?
