Develop and maintain core application logic, services, and data processing workflows Design and implement robust database structures Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration and data exchange (efficient API implementation) Ensure system performance, reliability, and security Participate in planning, code reviews, and testing activities Document backend processes and contribute to continuous improvement Solid experience in back-end development (using Java / Kotlin / Python, Spring) Strong algorithmic knowledge Familiarity with agile software development processes Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Effective communication and collaboration within cross-functional teams (English) Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git) Experience with enterprise-grade applications Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) Understanding of frontend technologies for better integration Ability to work with AI models and integrate them into backend systems Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Ability to lead technical discussions and architectural decisions
