Description

We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer (with potential to grow into Team Lead) to design, build, and scale robust backend systems. You’ll take ownership of key projects, mentor junior engineers, and drive technical excellence across the team. Architect, develop, and optimize backend services, APIs, and integrations. Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of systems. Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex features. Drive best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. Lead technical discussions and contribute to strategic decisions. 5+ years of backend development experience. Expertise in backend languages (PHP, Node.js, Python, Java, or similar). Strong understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Experience with microservices architecture and API design. Proven leadership, mentorship, or team management experience. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
