Description
As a Senior Benefits Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in managing and analyzing employee benefits programs to ensure competitive and cost-effective offerings. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to support benefits administration, compliance, and communication strategies that enhance employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness. You will report directly to our Benefits Manager and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the overall employee experience by ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of benefits programs, contributing to Honeywell's ability to attract and retain top talent.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Analyze and administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans. * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to benefits administration. * Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve benefits issues and improve processes. * Prepare and present reports on benefits utilization, costs, and trends to leadership. * Support employee communication and education initiatives regarding benefits offerings.
