This role combines deep technical expertise in data querying, visualization, and modeling with strong business acumen to transform complex datasets into high-impact dashboards, forecasts, and performance analyses. This role partners closely with business leaders, IT, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, optimize data processes, ensure scalability, and support organizational growth through reliable, timely, and sophisticated analytics solutions.   What You’ll Do  As Sr. BI Analyst, you will: * Design, develop, and scale enterprise-level reporting and analytics solutions to handle increasing data volumes, diverse sources, and growing business complexity * Build and maintain advanced dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and self-service reporting tools using leading BI platforms to enable real-time and predictive decision-making * Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models to extract, transform, and analyze large-scale datasets from multiple sources (data warehouses, ERP systems, cloud platforms) * Lead requirements gathering with stakeholders across departments to translate business needs into scalable analytics frameworks, including defining metrics, data governance standards, and visualization strategies * Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities through advanced data analysis, forecasting, and scenario modeling to support strategic planning, operational efficiency, and revenue growth * Optimize existing reports and analytics processes for performance, automation, and scalability, reducing manual effort and enhancing data accuracy and accessibility * Collaborate with data engineering and IT teams to improve data pipelines, quality, and integration for reliable BI outputs * Present insights, findings, and recommendations to senior leadership and business stakeholders through clear storytelling, executive-level visualizations, and actionable narratives * Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team best practices in BI development, data visualization standards, and analytical methodologies * Monitor business performance metrics, proactively identify inefficiencies, and recommend data-driven improvements to enhance decision-making across the organization What You Bring * Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Statistics, or a related discipline. Master’s degree or relevant certifications a plus.  * 5+ years of progressive experience in business intelligence, data analysis, reporting, or analytics roles, with demonstrated success scaling BI solutions in a growing or complex environment.  * Proven experience with BI tools and strong proficiency in SQL (advanced querying, optimization, and performance tuning) * Experience working with large datasets, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes; familiarity with cloud platforms is highly desirable * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially advanced Excel) and collaboration tools * Strong business acumen - connecting analytics initiatives to measurable impacts on revenue, efficiency, cost reduction, and strategic outcomes * Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences and influence decision-making * Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions under tight deadlines * Excellent troubleshooting and optimization skills for data, reporting, and performance issues * Collaborative team player with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and projects * Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, automate workflows, and foster self-service analytics adoption Special Requirements:  * U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.  * ITAR Requirement  * 120.15.
