We are searching for a Senior BI Developer to join the firm. The Senior BI Developer leads design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence solutions. They set strategic direction for BI initiatives within Enterprise Analytics. This individual contributes to developing functional and business strategies, ensuring effective data utilization for informed decision-making.

EXPERIENCE SKILLS REQUIRED

• Possess extensive experience in business intelligence development, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry best practices and proven success in delivering impactful solutions
• Be proficient in SQL, ETL tools, and data modeling techniques
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills
• Have a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies
• Be experienced in designing and developing complex BI solutions
• Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI to effectively present and communicate data insights
• Possess a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Be skilled in performance tuning and optimization of BI applications
• Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Leading the design and development of complex BI solutions to meet business requirements
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical specifications
• Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of data models and ETL processes
• Providing technical leadership and guidance to junior BI developers and analysts
• Evaluating and recommending new tools and technologies to enhance BI capabilities
• Ensuring data quality and integrity across all BI solutions
• Creating and upholding comprehensive documentation for BI processes and solutions
• Participating in the strategic planning and roadmap development for BI initiatives
• Improving the performance and efficiency of BI applications through tuning and optimization techniques
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate BI solutions with other systems
• Providing expertise in data visualization and dashboard development
• Staying current with industry trends and best practices in BI and analytics
