ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic planning Support annual OBU strategy planning and execution cycle and initiatives Support OBU Strategy KPIs monitoring and execution Support to connect OBU strategy to programs and initiatives Support Oncology market insights generation based on market research Project management for OBU strategic initiatives Set up OBU level project management framework/tool, with measurable objectives clearly defined Set up cross-functional work streams and articulate KPIs Monitor/ drive project progress to ensure on-time and on-quality achievement of milestones, provide constructive feedback Organize overall and work-stream level cross-functional team meetings Secure visibility of project progress/risks cross-functional team Generate reports and email updates to senior management team on timely basis Escalate issues through proper line when necessary Identify risks/ support mitigation actions Accelerate problem solving through proper escalation Organize best practice sharing from other brands/ companies/ markets Operational excellence for projects and cross-TA tasks Orchestrates end-to-end planning and execution for major operations projects, in close collaboration with marketing, sales, medical, commercial excellence, HR, Finance, compliance, and external parties. Example topics include operations simplification and standardization, cycle meetings, congress management, and global China visits. Major job requirements are the same as above project management for OBU strategic initiatives.
