Description

Primary Objective of Position: The Sr. Brand Manager, Digital & Dealer is responsible for delivering increased lead generation and sales conversion through the strategic development, execution, and optimization of digital marketing, paid media, and dealership content strategies. This role enhances brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation across platforms while supporting long-term growth for both the Newmar brand and its dealership partners.
Key Areas of Responsibility

Digital Marketing Responsibilities include:

  • Developing integrated marketing strategies that combine paid media, content, and SEO to drive awareness, engagement, and acquisition and align to broader brand and dealer objectives for consistent and effective messaging.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and more.
  • Define KPIs, monitor performance, and deliver actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
  • Optimize campaigns using targeting, bidding, placement, and A/B testing to maximize ROI.
  • Work with internal teams and agency partners to produce SEO-optimized content including articles, videos, and social posts.
  • Leverage research and insights to continually optimize the digital experience for prospects and owners.
  • Manage Digital Platforms including authorship of NewmarCorp.com, NewPar, NewServe, Newmar Shop, Resorts Guide, Blog to ensure top-tier usability and engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams to align strategies, content, and execution across the brand and dealer network.

    Dealer Support Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as primary day-to-day marketing contact among dealer network, in support of Account Managers.

  • Support lead generation, delivery and management and empowers dealerships with digital marketing tools and strategies.
  • Supports brand marketing activities related to dealer success and sales training support.
  • Lead strategy and execution ofdigital experiences at Dealer locations, including kiosks, design center updates, and digital displays.
  • Support Dealer sales training efforts via the NPPI and Master Class orchestration.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven digital marketing experience, including SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display ads
  • Experience in B2B relationship management and channel marketing
  • Skilled in digital campaign creation, targeting, and audience engagement
  • Experience with AEM content management environment
  • Expertise in optimizing landing pages and user interfaces
  • Experience with AIMBase, HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Strong knowledge of website analytics tools and data-driven marketing
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Up-to-date with current trends in online marketing and analytics
  • Ability to work independently and within teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
