Description
Develop yearly product strategy based on key brand initiatives, consumer insights, and entertainment strategy. Work with Design and Development to build an innovative toy line that is inspired by the Toy Strategy and improves channel growth opportunities and global retailer priorities Analyze and interpret category data while collaborating with research team to inform the strategy Work with leadership team, ensuring the brand has a relevant long term consumer position and achieves maximum volume profit/growth. Analyze and track POS performance and utilize data to drive decision making. 8+ years of progressive brand/strategy, product development experience in forward thinking consumer organization. Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field. MBA strongly preferred. Proven ability to transform a strategy and vision into actionable plans in a rapidly-changing fast-paced organization. A detailed understanding of the steps vital to bring products to market. Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally. Curiosity and a keen interest and ability to learn and evolve Strong relationship building and maintenance skills. Outstanding verbal, presentation and written communication skills. Ability to make informed decisions quickly to keep performance on track. Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously, under tight time constraints and within budget parameters.
