We are on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Brand Manager to spearhead our brand strategy for the respiratory portfolio, with a keen focus on Immunology and COPD. This pivotal role involves defining, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing plans, driving performance in the respiratory market, and supporting new indications and technologies. Join us in shaping the future of respiratory care! Accountabilities: 1. Develop and orchestrate a 360° marketing strategy for the respiratory portfolio 2. Plan and execute launches of products ensuring cross-functional readiness 3. Identify opportunities in COPD and adjacent respiratory areas, build business cases, and define indication roadmaps and care pathway strategies 4. Partner with Access/HEOR/P&MA to shape public and private incorporation strategies, value dossiers, pricing defense 5. Co-develop clinical evidence narratives, publications, advisory boards, and scientifically robust materials with Medical 6. Manage with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Legal, Supply, Finance, and external partners to ensure flawless execution 7. Lead cross-functional teams through influence, aligning priorities, resolving trade-offs, and driving timely decision-making at country and above-country levels 8. Coordinate closely with International, LATAM, and Global teams to ensure strategic alignment, share best practices, and anticipate market trends 9. P&L and A&P Governance deliver annual targets, resource optimization, and scenario-based financial planning in partnership with Finance 10. Define clear KPIs and lead continuous improvement cycles 11. Ensure all initiatives comply with internal, regulatory, and industry standards Essential Skills/Experience: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related areas; Postgraduate degree or MBA preferred - Language: Fluent English; Spanish is a plus - Proven experience in launches and end-to-end management of immunobiology products - Solid background in multi-channel/omnichannel pharma marketing - Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis capabilities, including market sizing, forecasting, segmentation, and KPI tracking to inform decisions - Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive-ready presentation skills - Structured, evidence-based decision-making - Experience leading multifunctional teams and influencing diverse stakeholders Desirable Skills/Experience: - Experience in global or regional roles within the pharmaceutical industry - Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms - Understanding of regulatory environments across different markets At AstraZeneca, we are changemakers at the forefront of medicine.
