We are searching for a Senior Brand Partnership Senior Specialist- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, the Sr. Brand Partnership Senior Specialist serves as a key contributor and day-to-day lead supporting the development, implementation, and execution of the organization’s brand partnership strategy. This role works independently on complex initiatives while collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to bring brand partnerships to life through campaigns, events, and activations. Job Duties & Responsibilities: * Brand Partnership Execution & Leadership * Serve as the primary day-to-day lead for assigned brand partnerships, ensuring high-quality and timely execution * Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns, experiential activations, and events * Manage project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and cross-functional dependencies * Provide strategic recommendations to enhance partnership impact and alignment with organizational goals * Ensure all partnership initiatives reflect brand standards, messaging, and mission * Lead on-site execution for brand partnership events, ensuring a seamless experience for partners and attendees * Coordinate staffing for activations, including internal teams, vendors, and volunteers * Develop run-of-show documents, staffing schedules, and event briefings * Oversee event setup, operations, and breakdown in collaboration with vendors and partners * Act as a primary point of contact for external partners, agencies, and vendors * Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships * Coordinate creative development, production, logistics, and fulfillment of partnership deliverables * Support contract management, scopes of work, and compliance with legal and brand guidelines * Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Digital, Public Affairs, Clinical teams, and Leadership * Align partnership efforts with broader organizational priorities * Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and provide updates as needed * Maintain detailed project plans, calendars, and timelines across multiple initiatives * Track deliverables, assets, and milestones * Develop post-campaign reports, including performance insights and partner recaps * Maintain organized documentation including briefs, assets, agreements, and reports   Qualifications: * Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field * 4 years of experience required in brand partnerships, marketing, events, sponsorships, or project coordination  * Demonstrated experience leading complex event activations or experiential marketing initiatives   Knowledge & Skills * Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously * High attention to detail in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders * Experience working with external partners, agencies, and vendors * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools * Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution * Familiarity with brand sponsorships and experiential marketing   Since 1954, Texas Children’s has been leading the charge in patient care, education and research to accelerate health care for children and women around the world.
