QUALIFICATIONS SKILL SET

7-10 years experience in a large complex banking organization or major consulting organization acting in a technology business analyst role.
Competent and proficient understanding of general technology environments (platforms, organizational structure and culture, teams involved in the successful completion of technology initiatives, etc.).
Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. *
Good database/SQL skills: much of the work is focused on databases.
Good communication, teamwork, and influencing skills; ability to communicate effectively with technology and key business representatives.
Self-motivated and can work independently as well as in a team environment.
Experienced in Agile scrum or Kanban lifecycles.
Able to multitask across a number of projects.
Proficient with MS Office applications: Excel, MS Project, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint.
Technical background in integration, development, and/or infrastructure.
Knowledge of Smarsh, Digital Reasoning, Veritas, Actimize or similar Communications Archiving and Supervision Tool would be preferable.
Experience in the financial services field, with emphasis on banking/Compliance technology

Pay: $45.00-$50.00 per hou
