This role is responsible for shaping the foundational systems—such as design tokens, shared component libraries, and modular service frameworks—that enable consistency, efficiency, and innovation across all product teams. Acting as a key liaison between product, design, and engineering, the Sr. Business Analyst will ensure cohesive user experiences, reusable architectural patterns, and measurable improvements in quality and velocity. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role that influences product design, front-end architecture, and shared services for the entire organization. Responsibilities and Duties Own and manage the product roadmap for design systems and shared services supporting multiple product and engineering teams. Define, evolve, and maintain reusable frameworks, UI patterns, design tokens, and service APIs to ensure product consistency and scalability. Partner with engineering to deliver modular, cloud-native shared services (e.g., user identity, notifications, subscription management). Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to ensure adoption, usability, and integration of system feedback. Establish and track OKRs, adoption metrics, and performance benchmarks to measure success and drive continuous improvement. Champion design quality, accessibility, and developer experience through scalable systems and governance. Facilitate stakeholder alignment, ensuring shared vision and effective prioritization across distributed teams. Support organizational enablement through documentation, education, and continuous communication around shared services and system improvements. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) required; advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product systems, or SaaS platform environments (required). Strong experience in AI/ML platforms or data services (required). 9+ years of overall related experience (preferred). Demonstrated expertise in defining product roadmaps, managing backlogs, and delivering measurable outcomes in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Exceptional presentation and communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts in business terms. Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles, front-end frameworks, and scalable architecture patterns. Proven track record of successfully implementing enterprise-grade design systems and shared service initiatives. Role-specific Requirements Strategic Systems Thinking: Ability to translate complex UX and business needs into scalable design systems and modular shared services that drive consistency and adoption. Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience aligning design, engineering, and product teams under a unified vision for shared platform capabilities. Micro-Frontend and Navigation Architecture: Proven experience designing and managing shared navigation frameworks and modular front-end architectures. Enterprise Design System Management: Experience governing large-scale design systems, managing versioning, and promoting stakeholder adoption. Shared Platform Enablement: Demonstrated success leading cross-product microservice initiatives (e.g., authentication, notifications, feature flagging). AI and Data Systems Passion: Strong interest in advancing AI-driven, scalable solutions that elevate user and developer experiences.
