Job Description Key Responsibilities Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for identity lifecycle and access management features. Partner with technology leadership to define project scope and proactively identify requirement-related risks and dependencies. Facilitate structured discussions with cross-functional teams to define and document Business Requirements Documents (BRDs); validate it with business stakeholders. Collaborate with architects and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Create user stories, Epics, and tasks in Jira or Azure DevOps in collaboration with technical leads. Serve as a liaison between business and development teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for McDonald’s custom IAM application and IAM concepts. Collaborate with QA/testing teams to support defect analysis, triage, and resolution. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with business teams for validation. Operate within Agile Scrum frameworks; familiarity with Agile Architecture principles is preferred. Maintain strong communication and coordination across multiple stakeholders. Qualifications Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Business Technical Analyst roles, preferably in IAM or security domains. Strong understanding of IAM concepts (Identity lifecycle, RBAC, ABAC, MFA, consent management). Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Proven ability to coordinate across business and technical teams. Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps for user story and feature management. Familiarity with ASP.Net applications and Azure platform (no coding required). Experience with IAM tools like SailPoint or Saviynt is a plus. Experience working in an Agile environment. Basic understanding of cloud computing and identity governance. (no coding required) Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Active Directory (AD), Microsoft Entra ID, Virtual Directory Services (VDS).
