About the Position Title: Senior Business Analyst Location: Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City Department: Product What You Will Be Doing Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including Product Managers, Development Teams, and end-users, to elicit and document project requirements. Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather comprehensive information on user needs and business objectives. Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications. Process Analysis: Analyze and document current business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand workflow challenges and propose solutions. Conceptualization: Contribute to the conceptualization of new features and product enhancements based on market trends, user feedback, and business goals. Collaborate with Product Managers to create user stories, wireframes, and other artifacts to articulate product concepts. Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and process flows. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Collaboration: Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly and intuitive interfaces. Quality Assurance: Assist in the creation of test cases and collaborate with the QA team to ensure that developed solutions meet specified requirements. What We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a product development environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills Experience with requirement gathering techniques, process analysis, and documentation.
