POSITION SUMMARY

As a Sr. Business Analyst at NewEdge Capital Group, you will lead the strategic analysis and delivery of Salesforce-based solutions and Enterprise Systems that support our financial services operations. You’ll serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and external partners, ensuring innovative technical solutions are aligned with business goals, regulatory requirements, and client experience standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce, particularly Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Data Cloud as well as a strong understanding of Enterprise Systems and financial workflows. You’ll be responsible for translating complex business needs into scalable, efficient, and compliant solutions that drive operational excellence and digital transformation.
We are interested in qualified candidates who are eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not able to sponsor visas.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar technical role.
  • Demonstrated experience with the Salesforce platform, including Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, or Tableau.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex system interactions and design scalable solutions.
  • Excellence in technical documentation and process modeling.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams involving developers, engineers, and infrastructure teams.
  • Outstanding communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in wealth management, fintech, financial services, or banking.
  • Experience with major custodial platforms (Fidelity, LPL, Schwab).
  • Knowledge of financial data APIs, FIX protocol, and custodian integration patterns.
  • Experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).
    Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 base salary, based on experience, plus eligibility to participate in the company’s bonus program
