Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Sr. Business Analyst with strong experience in
analyzing, optimizing, and supporting enterprise systems and processes. The ideal
candidate will bridge business needs and technical solutions, with a solid background in
CRM, ERP, and CPQ systems. You’ll play a critical role in gathering requirements,
driving system enhancements, and supporting complex pricing and quoting logic
through CPQ platforms.
Key Responsibilities
 Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze system
and process requirements.
 Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and functional
requirements.
 Analyze, enhance, and support CPQ platforms (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Apttus)
with a focus on product configuration, pricing rules, and quote automation.
 Coordinate with developers, QA, and solution architects to deliver features and
system improvements.
 Support UAT, regression testing, and production rollouts for CRM, CPQ, and
ERP systems.
 Document user stories, use cases, process flows, and technical diagrams.
 Conduct impact analysis for system changes and ensure cross-system
consistency.
 Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams to align project
goals.
 Provide support and troubleshooting for live systems and assist with training and
onboarding as needed.
Required Qualifications
 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Software Engineering, or related field.
 8+ years as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or related role.
 Experience with CPQ systems.
 Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, and integrated enterprise applications.
 Familiarity with pricing rules, discount structures, product bundles, and quote-to-
cash workflows.
 Proficient in writing user stories, functional specs, and test cases.
 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
 Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications
 CPQ certifications.
 Hands-on experience with workflow automation, custom fields, and approval
processes.
 Familiarity with SQL, data mapping, or reporting tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $41.66 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
