In business intelligence at PwC, you will focus on leveraging data and analytics to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making for clients. You will develop and implement innovative solutions to optimise business performance and enhance competitive advantage.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis and working with business stakeholders and/or providing client services.
• Certification or Degree in Business or related field.CBAP (Certified Business Analyst Professional) certification from IIBA is preferred.
• Knowledge of data mapping, data flow diagrams, relational databases and metric calculation reporting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Stack databases, data engineering, and ETL tools.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Basic knowledge of product/project management software and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Asana, Monday) and utilizing agile methodologies in the delivery of products and projects.
• Experience in creating and maintaining documentation.
• Ability to propose improvements to existing processes.
• Capability to work independently and under pressure.

• Perform business analysis to ensure complete understanding of business requirements and evaluate the underlying business goals and drivers of the internal stakeholders to ensure future enhancements align with stakeholder needs
• Provide timely feedback on products and projects delivered from the perspective of the internal stakeholders
• Document requirements, specifications, assumptions, business processes and recommendations related to proposed projects and products
• Plan and organize projects to execute and deliver on-time results; coordinate with internal stakeholders and expedite processes to support internal business needs
• Assess current policies, programs or services and apply a variety of analytic processes and techniques to identify risk and opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation
