Description Sr Business Analyst Springfield, IL This position will perform the roles of business analyst, project manager and Scrum Master. As the business analyst, perform business requirements analysis, workflow analysis, and work with users to write functional specifications for IT projects. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into specific details, abstract up from low-level information to general understanding, and distinguish between user requests from true business needs. Performs in-depth assessment and analysis to provide business process re-engineering and transformation services for highly complex business applications. Act as the liaison between the user and the technical team and provide support throughout the development life cycle. Deliver such artifacts as functional requirements, business requirements, use cases, GUI, screen, and interface design. As a project manager, manages scope and time constraints on each project, collaborates with business owner to define and prioritize work, schedules and facilitates meetings, manage the team, monitors quality assurance and testing, acquires approvals, provides regular status updates, and attend status meetings. As the Scrum Master, facilitates Agile ceremonies, create users stories, manages the Azure DevOps board (with capacity and burn-downs) and sprints, removes impediments and collaborates with Program Area to prioritize the work.
