ABOUT THE JOB:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Analyst with proven expertise in Salesforce and Kantata SX to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on supporting business processes related to Professional Services, Project Portfolio & Program Management (PPPM), and Implementation workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Operations to gather requirements, refine user stories, and support agile development and system improvements across key platforms.
This is a hands-on role that requires both strategic thinking and detailed execution. You’ll serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring solutions are aligned with business needs and scalable across the organization.

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working with related enterprise tools such as NetSuite, Workday, or Zuora.
  • Familiarity with API integrations, basic SQL, or data validation for cross-system flows.
  • Background in SaaS or consulting organizations with complex services delivery models.
  • Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or IIBA CBAP/CCBA.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Professional Services, Product, and Engineering to gather and document requirements for both Salesforce and Kantata SX.
  • Lead user story refinement and grooming sessions, ensuring requirements are clearly articulated and development-ready.
  • Translate business processes, particularly those related to project delivery, resource planning, time tracking, and client onboarding, into system workflows and configurations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Kantata SX and Salesforce, helping teams optimize their usage for project and services operations.
  • Partner with Implementation teams to identify pain points, define future-state processes, and recommend scalable solutions.
  • Support backlog management, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies to keep teams aligned and on track.
  • Document current and future-state workflows, process maps, and data flows to support system enhancements and training.
  • Provide guidance on system configurations and support triage of issues or feature requests related to Salesforce and Kantata SX.
  • Track progress, surface risks, and clearly communicate status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Recommend opportunities for process automation or system integration across the services delivery lifecycle.
