Contract Duration: 24 Months Hours of work: 35 hrs/wk Location: Oshawa, ON (Hybrid – 2 days in office - 3 days remote) Resume Due Date: Wednesday, June 24th, 2026 (5:00PM EST) Job Overview · Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, HR, SIR departments to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements · Candidate must have strong servicenow experience as a BA, create user stories and navigate servicenow, develop workflows · Conduct workshops and interviews to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement · Ensure that requirements are clearly articulated and aligned with business objectives · Write clear and concise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria · Ensure that user stories are understood and agreed upon by both the development team and stakeholders · Break down high-level requirements into smaller, actionable pieces · Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives · Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of user stories. · Collaborate with the product owner to prioritize the backlog and ensure alignment with business goals · Collaborate with the ServiceNow development team to design solutions that meet business needs · Ensure that proposed solutions are technically feasible and aligned with best practices · Coordinate and participate in testing activities, including the development of test plans and scripts · Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, processes, and solutions · Provide training and support to end-users as needed · Automate major ServiceNow Modules using ServiceNow ATF application Qualifications · Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, in ServiceNow leading HRSD stories as the primary focus, ITSM as secondary · Education: Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. · Proficiency in ServiceNow, particularly in IT, HR, and SIR modules. · Strong understanding of agile methodologies and practices. · Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria. · Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment. · ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS). · Experience with ServiceNow Agile 2.0 Spirit Omega is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
