MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Analyze and understand the existing business processes identifying areas for improvement and recommending process changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including end-users, managers, and IT teams, to gather and document business requirements. This will involve conducting interviews, workshops, and meetings to elicit comprehensive and accurate requirements.
• Work closely with the project team to translate business requirements into User Stories, technical specifications, and system design for the configuration, customization, and overall implementation of the Catalis Benchmark system.
• Assist with testing activities including test planning, test case creation, and test execution to ensure the quality and reliability of the system.
• Identify risks and issues related to business analysis activities and work proactively to mitigate them. Escalate critical issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

The Sr Business Analyst must have: • Minimum 7 years of Business Analysis with a focus on IT projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understand Agile, Serum, or Waterfall project management approaches Expertise in business intelligence tools, SQL, and data visualization.
Certifications like Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management
Professional (PMP) is not required but can be beneficia
