Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary
Techsur is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze and design solutions to business problems while facilitating the development of multiple solution options to address the needs of the customer. As a Senior Business Analyst at TechSur Solutions, your contributions will be pivotal in supporting our government clients’ critical missions, which impact millions of lives every day.

Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with the nascent CCOE, to incorporate insure DevSecOps is included as part of the overall cloud strategy.
• Identify and document activities needed to transition the DevSecOps program to operations. This should include, at a minimum, a training plan, a RACI diagram, communication plan and roadmap.
• Develop a plan for how the DevSecOps program will be rolled out to the program office and the courts. The plan should include things such as “marketing plan” to demonstrate the benefits of DevSecOps, training plan and materials.
• Develop standard operating procedures for day 2 of the program detailing TSO’s role in managing updates.
• Work closely with the DevSecOps engineers to document what a path-to production will look like, what is the current P2P and how to automate the process.

Required Skill/Qualifications

• 7 years + of experience working with an Agile implementation team writing user stories, grooming product backlog, planning out release-sprint planning.
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle of Agile IT projects.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, MS Office, especially Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
• Relevant experience working with web-based applications and modern web technologies.
• Excellent Communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, information systems, computer science, or related field
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to mentor, provide knowledge transfer.
• DevSecOps experience.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
