Lead cross-functional initiatives to define and prioritize business data needs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and enterprise-wide data strategies. Oversee the design and development of advanced dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, ensuring scalability, usability, and alignment with business KPIs. Drive complex data analyses to uncover actionable insights, influence business decisions, and support long-term strategic planning. Establish and enforce standards for documentation, data visualization, and reporting to promote consistency and knowledge sharing across teams. Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and analytical excellence. Collaborate with data engineering and IT leadership to optimize data architecture, integration, and performance across platforms. Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance the analytics ecosystem and support evolving business needs. Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders in a clear, compelling, and data-driven manner. Stay ahead of industry trends in analytics, business intelligence, and data operations to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage. 7+ years of experience in business data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field, with demonstrated leadership in analytics initiatives. Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling. Experience with SQL and database management systems (e.g., Big Query, SQL Server). Deep understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance best practices. Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and mentoring analytics professionals. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to executive audiences. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-impact projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud Platform). Familiarity with machine learning concepts and their application in business analytics. Experience working in Agile environments and using project management tools. Proficiency in Python or R for advanced data analysis and automation.
