POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated seasoned Sr. Business Development Executive with minimum 4 to 5 years of UAE Experience to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients and management.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Use financial techniques to improve revenue.
  • Sharp negotiation and networking skills.
  • Identifying business opportunities with key markets and customers.
  • Traveling within an assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers.
  • Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling company products to new and existing customers
  • Analyze target market and competition, crafting strategic engagement plans
  • Negotiating and closing sales.
  • Meet the Clients, Negotiate and close deals
  • Keep an updated customer database
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with customers.
  • Generous commission based compensation directly proportional to sales targets. No upper limit to commission structure.
  • Track and document calls and sales update client records
  • Prepare and present achievements and KPI’s
  • Achieving Monthly targets is a MUST.
  • Available in UAE and ready to join immediately
  • Must have experience in UAE market
  • Can speak English with excellent customer service.
