The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to identify new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation. Understand client requirements and present suitable IT services/solutions offered by the company. Work closely with the technical team to prepare proposals, quotations, and project plans. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Conduct market research to identify trends and potential growth areas. Manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals. Represent the company in client meetings, demos, and presentations. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain records of sales activities in CRM tools. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales in an IT services company. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation and negotiation abilities. Knowledge of IT services, software solutions, or digital products is a strong advantage.
