We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and contribute to our revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT services domain. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches for IT services, SaaS, cloud, and software solutions. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with delivery, technical, and operations teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and client satisfaction. Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for business growth. Assist in contract discussions, pricing, and proposal finalization. Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline data, and MIS for management review. Key Requirements: Educational Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in IT, Business, or related field. Experience: 2+ years in IT service-based companies (B2B sales experience preferred). Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets. Understanding of IT services, software development, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise solutions. Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office. Comfortable managing multiple accounts and clients simultaneously. Other: Preference for candidates based in Mumbai – Andheri or nearby. Highly motivated, result-oriented, and proactive in business development.
