Responsibilities
  • Pipeline Ownership: Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities with health plan executives across Quality, Population Health, Stars, HEDIS, VPs, and CMOs.
  • Consultative Selling: Tailor pitches to demonstrate how BFF solutions directly drive measurable outcomes (e.g., Stars improvement, HEDIS compliance, financial performance).
  • Strategic Engagement: Represent BFF at national and regional industry conferences, elevating brand visibility and creating high-value opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal Marketing, Strategy, and Operations teams to design tailored proposals and seamless onboarding of new clients.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate pipeline metrics and deliver business intelligence to leadership.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new payer opportunities, expand into untapped markets, and support long-term strategic growth.
