QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the architecture, engineering, or construction industries, preferably in the Middle East.
- Proven track record of securing new business and managing client relationships.
- Strong understanding of the architectural landscape and market dynamics in the Middle East.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
