Description

SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Primary Function: This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, increasing brand visibility, and driving patient admissions through strategic outreach and partnerships.
Supervision: Supervised by the Director of Business Development

Essential Functions:

  • Develops relationships with key professionals and other community members who can assist individuals in accessing the services of Harmony Recovery.
  • Works with team members to implement and maintain a comprehensive marketing and education program geared to the specific needs of Harmony and Harmony?s referral community.
  • Conduct presentations and educational sessions to promote our programs and services.
  • Assists in sales force training for new hires and the team.
  • Assists in sales training for Business Development team members.
  • Helps in creating a quarterly Strategy for the Business Development team.
  • Steps in as lead in the outbound referral process when the director is absent.
  • Helps track all inbound referrals for the department.
  • Works collaboratively with the Director of Alumni and Recovery Support Services to grow alumni referrals.
  • Attends local and regional conferences and workshops to promote armony Harmony and build new relationships.
  • Manages a book of business in assigned markets.
  • Schedules and hosts on-site visits on the Harmony campus.
  • Assist Philanthropy in fund-raising events as needed.
  • Maintains knowledge and adheres to Harmony policies and procedures.
  • Manages data entry and account tracking with Salesforce CRM.
  • Attend groups, meetings, and conferences in the addiction field that will be beneficial to Harmony Recovery?s Business Development efforts.
  • Adheres to confidentiality laws, including 42CFR Part 2, HIPAA, and HITECH, as well as all Harmony policies and procedures.
