Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Sr. Business Development Representative, that will report directly to our Manager of Business Development. As a Sr. Business Development Representative, you will be the driving force behind our sales efforts, helping to expand our customer base and increase revenue for our innovative digital watermarking technology. You’ll use your keen analytical skills and your ability to connect with people to identify new business prospects and build relationships with potential clients leading to signed contracts. As a Sr. BDR, you’ll be confident and capable of running the early-stage sales process with little to no support. Additionally, you’ll be familiar with MEDDPICC sales methodology to capture key data early on. You are seasoned in this role, familiar with key prospecting technology (Salesforce, Gong) with the ability to train and mentor other Business Development Representatives.
This role requires 3 days per week work in the London office, as well as occasional travel (1-2x per year).

WHAT YOU WILL DO …

  • Generate new business pipeline by researching and identifying potential customers through understanding the market, their potential “pains”, and our product use cases
  • Qualify prospects while providing an exceptional experience
  • Capable of running the early-stage sales process with little to no support
  • Develop and nurture leads via phone, email, and social media
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, multithread various levels of contacts
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competition to continuously refine your approach
  • Work collaboratively with assigned Account Directors to maximize efforts and impact
  • Able to train and mentor other Business Development Representatives
  • Create and refine new sales cadences via Gong
  • Meticulous CRM data hygiene
  • Occasional travel (1-2x/year)
