We are seeking an experienced business process analyst with a background in public transit projects to support a large-scale, multi-year transportation initiative. In this role, you will conduct management performance reviews (MPRs) of state public transit systems, analyze operational and management structures, and deliver actionable recommendations for improvement.
If you are the right fit, you have a proven track record of conducting in-depth process reviews, are confident in your ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights, and are known for your methodical, detail-oriented approach. You know how to manage multiple priorities across a long-term engagement and adapt to evolving project scopes.
This is a full-time contract engagement that can be done in a hybrid onsite/remote model, so you must be based in or near Madison, Wisconsin. Required:

• 4+ years of experience in business process analysis or performance auditing
• Past history working with public transit systems or similar transportation agencies
• Strong skills in KPI development, peer benchmarking, and survey analysis
• Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and facility observations
• Ability to produce clear, actionable recommendations and audit reports

Compensation 50-55/hr. W2
