In the Consumer Channel Sales Organization (CCS), our purpose is to create value with our partners, to market and sell innovative consumer solutions powered by Windows, Surface, and M365. As the Sr. Business Program Manager, you will help support and drive growth through collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across Microsoft (both cross-function and cross-business), to influence the direction and success of CCS. You will be responsible for ensuring both the CCS rhythm of the business and Go-To-Market Planning motion run smoothly and effectively, optimizing for efficiency to enable best-in-class execution excellence. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive immense impact on the business and across all teams by looking left to right to align both our internal business and readiness rhythms with our CCS business objectives and our go-to-market motion with our retail partner planning timelines and consumer selling moments.

REQUIRED/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in technology or consumer products.

ADDITIONAL OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 12+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated organizational and communication abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Skilled in managing complex, cross-functional workflows and aligning diverse stakeholder groups toward shared goals.
  • Proven success in leading cross-team business planning reviews that yield measurable outcomes.
  • Exceptional poise in executive settings, with a track record of effective collaboration and clear communication across teams.
  • Clear and impactful written and verbal communication is essential.
  • Embraces continuous learning and innovation, with a history of applying fresh approaches to drive progress.
    Business Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
