In this role, you will play a key part in assisting organizations with the implementation of complex systems and solutions. Join us to make a significant impact in the field of change management. \n Accountabilities Provide Organizational Change Management (OCM) services and support for a client Case Management project. Conduct assessments of current states and develop plans to address gaps in change management. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project success. Develop and maintain project schedules and documentation for OCM activities. Implement change management actions and communication plans. Monitor progress and assess the effectiveness of change initiatives. Facilitate meetings and communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements At least 5 years of experience in applying analytical processes on IT projects. 3 years of experience in business systems analysis and design. Bachelor's Degree; additional relevant experience may be considered. 3 years of experience applying Organizational Change Management methodologies in IT projects. Strong communication and facilitation skills. Ability to develop and present effective change management strategies and reports. Benefits Competitive salary range of $120,000 - $125,000.
