ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager, IT Business Systems to lead our IT business systems team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT systems management, business process improvement, and team leadership. This role involves overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT business systems that support our organizational goals.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Lead and manage the IT business systems team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT business systems to meet organizational needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and human resources, to gather requirements and develop technical solutions.
• Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of IT business systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation for IT business systems, including system architecture, processes, and procedures.
• Conduct regular system audits and data validation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT system issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in IT business systems and recommend improvements.
• Develop and enforce data governance and compliance policies related to IT business systems.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on IT business systems performance and project status.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in IT business systems management, design, and implementation.Strong knowledge of IT systems, business processes, and best practices.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
