REQUIRED SKILLS: WHAT YOU NEED TO BE CONSIDERED

  • 8+ years of consulting experience, including 2+ years in a digital technology team lead role.
  • Strong SQL programming experience (SQL Server 2012 or above).
  • Advanced knowledge of system analysis, software development lifecycle, and QA methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, define metrics, and deliver high-quality technical documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Manager – Business Systems Analysis, you will make an impact by leading the delivery of detailed system requirements and technical specifications for our Banking & Financial Services clients. You will be a valued member of the BFS Consulting team and work collaboratively with client stakeholders, technology partners, and internal teams to drive digital transformation initiatives.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Lead client engagements focused on business systems analysis, solution design, and delivery planning.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications aligned with enterprise architecture and performance standards.
  • Oversee testing, release planning, and deployment coordination across multiple environments and platforms.
  • Provide advisory support on solution options, stakeholder alignment, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice development through training and knowledge sharing.
