We’re actively seeking a talented Sr Business Systems Analyst to join our Workforce Benefits Division in Newport Beach, CA.
As a Sr Business Systems Analyst in our Workforce Benefits Division, you will be instrumental in analyzing, enhancing, and optimizing business processes and systems to drive operational efficiency in the insurance domain. With a strong foundation in insurance administration systems, you will analyze complex workflows, support seamless integration across platforms, and translate business requirements into technical solutions that enhance our service offerings. Collaborating with cross-functional teams—including front-end developers, administrators, and key stakeholders—you’ll help architect, implement, and maintain robust systems that support our commitment to exceptional customer experiences and efficient, compliant operations.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
6+ years of professional experience in business systems analysis, ideally within insurance or financial services.
Proficiency in insurance administration, policy management, and billing systems.
Expertise in process modeling, requirements elicitation, and systems analysis specific to insurance.
Strong understanding of data integration within insurance technology stacks, including CRM, claims, billing, and underwriting systems.
