Visit www.qorvo.com to learn how our innovative team is helping connect, protect and power our planet.   Job Summary We are seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst with strong hands-on configuration expertise and foundational development skills to support Sales, Service, and Revenue Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will partner closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, configure, and optimize Salesforce solutions aligned with Qorvo’s business processes and objectives.   Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities: Configure, support, and enhance Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud (CPQ). Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions. Configure and manage core functionalities, including: Lead, Opportunity, Account & Contact Management Forecasting and Sales Analytics Case Management, Knowledge Base, and Field Service CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) processes Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Analytics Cloud. Support ongoing enhancements, troubleshooting, and system performance improvements. Partner with development teams to deliver custom features, integrations, and automation. Ensure adherence to best practices in configuration, security, and data governance. Required Skills & Experience Bachelors Degree with at least 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience Functional Expertise: Proven experience with: Sales Cloud (Lead, Opportunity, Account Management) Service Cloud (Case Management, Knowledge Base, Field Service) Revenue Cloud / CPQ Technical Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform, including Lightning Web Components Working knowledge of Apex programming (low to medium complexity) Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integrations with external systems Experience with Analytics Cloud, including dashboards and reporting Preferred Qualifications Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, or CPQ Specialist Experience working in global, cross-functional environments Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skill Additional Information Ability to effectively balance configuration and light development work Strong understanding of end-to-end sales, service, and revenue lifecycle processes Immediate or short-notice availability preferred Comfortable working from the office at least four days a week Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and time zones #LI-MC1MAKE A DIFFERENCE AT QORVO     We are Qorvo.
