OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our business processes through the integration of technology solutions. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements, design systems, and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic objectives.

EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of network protocols including DHCP.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and tools (SDLC).
• Proficiency in SQL for database management and reporting purposes.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Shell Scripting is a plus.
• Knowledge of ESXi virtualization technology is desirable.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like React Express is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Collaborate with business units to identify and document system requirements and specifications.
• Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement system solutions using tools such as SQL, Simulink, and Shell Scripting.
• Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from planning through implementation and support.
• Conduct testing of new systems or enhancements to ensure they meet business needs.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on new systems and processes.
• Utilize technologies such as ESXi, React Express, and SOAP to develop effective solutions.
• Maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and user manuals.
