QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6–10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or related role in a technology-driven organization.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.
  • Proven experience working with APIs, data mappings, and systems integrations.
  • Ability to understand complex systems and translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to influence and drive alignment.
  • Experience working with vendors and offshore teams is a plus.Prior exposure to CIAM, digital platforms, or identity systems is an asset.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to gather and document clear, complete, and testable business and system requirements.
  • Conduct impact analysis across systems and identify dependencies and integration points.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business needs and technical feasibility.
  • Work closely with vendor partners to ensure their deliverables meet enterprise standards and functional expectations.
  • Support initiatives such as production issue analysis, root cause tracking, and follow-ups for long-term resolution planning.
  • Lead and contribute to backlog grooming, user story creation, acceptance criteria definition, and prioritization.
  • Drive clarity on business processes, data flows, and end-to-end functional scenariosParticipate in UAT, triage sessions, and production verification activities when needed.
