YOUR CAREER

Palo Alto Networks is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sr. Business Systems Analyst to join our Worldwide Operations team. This is a high-impact role focused on solving complex, global business challenges across Supply Chain, Planning, Order Management, and related business systems.
You’ll be instrumental in driving digital transformation, streamlining operations, and introducing innovative solutions, leveraging automation, analytics, and AI technologies to elevate operational excellence.
As a Sr. Business Systems Analyst, you’ll partner closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, define functional requirements, and implement scalable systems solutions. You’ll play a key role in shaping operational strategy and delivering value across business units.
In addition to deep domain expertise, we are looking for someone with a strong understanding of AI/ML applications in operations, who can lead proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives and help integrate AI-driven decision-making into core systems and workflows.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • 8–10 years of experience in business systems analysis, operations, or project management.
  • Proven track record working with Supply Chain, Trade, Logistics, and Fulfillment functions.
  • Deep experience with SAP, SteelBrick CPQ, and integration to cloud provisioning.
  • Strong knowledge of business systems architecture, ERP, and SaaS platforms.
  • Experience designing or working with AI/ML-enabled solutions or automation platforms (RPA, process mining, etc.) is highly preferred.
  • Skilled in building business process diagrams, user stories, functional documentation, and test plans.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to present to senior leadership and work across all organizational levels.
  • Strong project management and change leadership capabilities (PMI certification a plus).
  • Experience in NPI processes for both hardware and software products.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities.
