Description As a Senior Business Systems & Quality Analyst, you'll serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams—leading testing efforts, driving system improvements, and helping deliver solutions that support both client needs and company growth. You'll combine deep quality assurance expertise with business analysis and project leadership to help ensure our systems perform accurately, reliably, and at scale. Experience developing and executing test plans, test cases, and QA processes Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, defect management, and QA lifecycles Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases What You Bring – Nice to Have Experience with test automation tools and frameworks Experience in financial services, lending, or loan servicing platforms Experience supporting system implementations or large-scale technology initiatives Experience working with compliance, audit, or regulatory requirements Success Looks Like (6–12 Months) Major releases and enhancements are delivered with minimal production defects Business requirements are accurately translated into successful technology solutions Risks and issues are identified early and addressed before impacting operations or clients Testing processes become more efficient, scalable, and effective Stakeholders view you as a trusted advisor for system quality, analysis, and solution delivery Why Goal Solutions Competitive salary + bonus eligibility 401(k) with 4% company match Medical, dental, vision, and HSA ($1,700 annual contribution) 14 paid holidays (including your birthday) Paid parental leave, tuition reimbursement, and long-term incentives?
