Manage the company car fleet and related topics. May have small project administration responsibilities. Receive corporate visitors and business executives and make their travel arrangements in NA region. Coordinate, create, edit and assemble information for use in reports, discussions, meetings and presentations and provide assistance with graphs, tables and charts. Help the MA/PUR-NA head of department to track the main PUR KPI`s and follow up when necessary May take, transcribe, and distribute minutes and facilitate high level meetings.
