Description AW Health Care is seeking a full time professional to join our dynamic team of Sr Care Consultants! Responsibilities: Calls on existing and potential referral sources to provide educational information and materials as well as agency updates. Maintains confidentiality of information as required by state/federal regulations and company policy. Maintains precise and accurate records of daily and weekly activities and referral profiles. Works collaboratively with Marketing department on the creation of various marketing tools including brochures, videos, exhibit displays, press releases and advertising. Remains current on compliance, reimbursement and practice management. Facilitates effective communication with physicians, referral sources, and healthcare staff. Responds promptly and appropriately to any concerns. Conducts marketing activities according to the policies, procedures, and protocols of the agency. Performs community activities promoting all healthcare lines of business. Performs periodic market analysis, identifies and targets new and existing services, and updates management regarding activities, opportunities, and market changes/conditions Helps develop, implement and evaluate marketing plan and tools for service lines, facilities and organizations as appropriate. Conducts market research to study possible new services or improvements for existing services and programs. Responsible for calling on and developing relationships with potential referral sources within the metro area and within rural areas including physicians, case managers, insurance companies, adjusters, attorneys, professional associates, businesses non-profit organizations and others as may be appropriate. Prepares and monitors marketing report, goals and outcomes; communicates regularly and effectively with supervisor to ensure mutual goals are understood and met. Requirements Qualifications: Experience in healthcare setting Computer skills Must be a self-starter able to work with minimal supervision Must be a team player dedicated to providing a high level of customer service, with a positive attitude Must be able to communicate effectively and possess well-developed interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills. Ability to effectively interact with all employees Ability to be well organized and prioritize effectively Physical Requirements: Ability to perform the following tasks if necessary: Ability to participate in physical activity Ability to work for extended period of time while standing and being involved in physical activity Moderate lifting Ability to do extensive bending, lifting and standing on a regular basis
